TGI is currently formalizing what has existed since 2017 as a loose consortium of private and institutional investors, with the express aim of bringing several designed and approved five-star touristic facilities to the island of Cyprus.

The island, a rapidly emerging major in the regional tourism industry, is very ripe for investment and TGI plans to add 3000-bed capacity across the island to the existing number over the next decade.
