Founded in 2019, TEM Global Investments is an offshoot of TEM Petrol (Founded 1981), which emerged as a result of the company's broader strategy to harness its network of clients and partners in the international energy and financial markets in order to create streamlined, efficient and highly profitable investments. Following our venture into direct trading activities, we have entered into agreements with partner firms geared towards boosting our financial capacity to make investments.

Mr. Halil Ulku, a graduate of Istanbul Technical University in Chemical Engineering, possesses a breadth of experience across various sectors of international business. From his tenure in the United States, including roles at The Chicago Board of Trade and managing industrial and military-grade equipment imports and exports, to his contributions in the construction industry in North Cyprus, Mr. Ulku has cultivated a diverse professional background, enhancing his influence and expertise. Notably, Mr. Ulku's impact extends to the financial realm, where he played a pivotal role in the establishment of the Istanbul Stock Exchange and currently serves as Vice President of the Association of Petroleum Products Distributors in North Cyprus. His leadership within the energy sector underscores his strategic acumen and industry influence. As the founding CEO of TEM Petrol LTD and TEM Global Investments LTD, Mr. Ulku drives corporate initiatives aimed at positioning the companies as prominent players in the secondary oil and gas trading market. Additionally, his consultancy expertise in coal trading and real estate development aligns with the strategic objectives of the organizations under his leadership, reflecting a commitment to driving tangible outcomes and sustained growth.

Mr. Ahmet Ulku, a graduate of Middle Eastern Technical University and the University of South Wales, holds a robust academic background in Civil Engineering and International Business Management from Girne American University. With over a decade of tenure in the family petrol distribution business, Ahmet has amassed invaluable insights into industry intricacies under diverse managerial guidance. As the head of business development at TEM Global, Ahmet pursues the strategic positioning of TEM Global within new markets. He has developed a keen eye for new opportunities and shifts that help the company navigate the ever-changing international business landscape. Ahmet has a passion for innovation and constantly pushes the company to adjust to new business trends to stay ahead of the curve. His astute leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence are evident in his meticulous approach to managing corporate relationships, fostering partnerships, and navigating complex external dynamics.

Co-founding Petrogemini International in 2009, he played a key role in cultivating a diverse network of professionals and forging strategic alliances across various sectors. This experience informs his approach to corporate strategy, where diplomatic finesse and an adeptness at navigating cultural nuances are crucial for forging strong relationships across diverse markets.
